By using Pretty Tips by Anne ("we", "us", "the salon") website and booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are processed via our payment provider and are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if information is false or if payment fails.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture or restrictions on future bookings.
We provide nail care and beauty services as described on our website. Results may vary. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivity to products; please inform us of any known allergies before your appointment.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
